• HUB competitions are open to all, except Liverpool City Council and Culture Liverpool employees.
• Only one entry is allowed.
• No responsibility can be taken for entries that are lost or late.
• The winners will be drawn at random, via an independent draw, from entries received before the closing date.
• Winners will be notified by email within five working days of the draw. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner during this time. If the winner cannot be contacted during this time, we reserve the right to re-draw a winner.
• There is no alternative prize.
• By entering, the prize winners agree to the use of their names and photographs for publicity and news during this and future promotions by Culture Liverpool/Liverpool City Council.
• We may use your details to send you further information about hub festival and similar events organised by Culture Liverpool/Liverpool City Council. If you’d prefer not to be contacting in this way, please include the words ‘No information’ in your email.
• The judge’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or replace the prize draw in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
