Does your band fancy its chances of performing the opening slot at the official Liverpool Sound City Stage during HUB 2011 – the North West’s finest action sports and music festival?

Then why not apply and be part of a vibrant event of music, break dancing, bmx, skateboarding & extreme sports in which you can perform to 16,000 people!

By joining forces with Liverpool Sound City, world class industry conference, the main stage will open with two of the brightest, talented and most ready acts that will win their place on the line up via an online vote.

Winning bands will not only open this year’s festival but will have the opportunity to play a long side the most incredible line up HUB has ever seen!

Terms and Conditions

  • Application process closes midnight 7th March 2011
  • Applicants must be available to play HUB Festival on either 21/05/11 or 22/05/11
  • Applicants must be able to play a minimum of 30 minutes
  • Panel of industry experts will put forward 10 chosen bands to face the public vote
  • Due to the volume of applications, only bands chosen to face the public vote will be notified in writing by 18th March 2011
