Info: At this year’s HUB Festival, National Museums Liverpool will be promoting the new Museum of Liverpool which opens in July, as well as our existing Youth Theatre for which we are looking for new members. We will also bring along our information guides that advertise the range of diverse activities for all ages to take part in. As well as this we will tell young people how they can volunteer at NML, plus lots of freebies for everyone to take away!
Our activity this year is inspired by the new Museum of Liverpool and is called, “The BIG, BIG Liverpool Story!” The plan is for everyone who takes part to write a sentence about things in Liverpool such as buildings, people, music, food etc. To help people along we will ask them to pull a piece of paper out of a box with a Liverpool related word on it, and then we will ask them to include that word in their sentence. We will keep it going until the end of the HUB festival when we will then have created, The BIG, BIG Liverpool Story!
