Skate Park

Arguably one of the biggest highlights of HUB 2010 is the streetcourse. Get ready for the return of the 09 course and vert ramp  with pro demos and amateur competitions in skateboarding, BMX and inline to win thousands of pounds worth of goodies donated by all the biggest brands including Etnies. We’ve teamed up once again with pro skater Pete King and his team at King Ramps who are building both the street course and Vert.

Pete who is currently sponsored by Vans and Quicksilver will be joined by some of the biggest UK riders. Amateur and pro comps will take place, and will be judged by some of the top pro’s who have appeared at the Newquay Boardmasters Vans Summer Sessions and NASS Festival

New for 2010 is the girls street jam comp. Vans rider Lois Pendlebury will be hosting one of the UK’s only female skate comps supported by Rubicon Skateboards…Girl Power!
